MASQUANT – Risk Disclosure Terms

1. Purpose of the clause

These Risk Disclosure Prompts (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Reminders”) are intended to remind users of AI analysis, strategy generation, policy backtesting, API provided by MASQAUNT (hereinafter referred to as this platform). The series connection and automated execution assistance, report generation, notification and other related functions have the risk of dependence on technology, data, markets, transactions, laws and third parties.

Users should fully read and understand the terms of these prompts before registering, subscribing, uploading strategies, enabling backtesting, connecting securities companies or trading platforms, deploying automation execution functions, purchasing third-party strategies or continuing to use this platform.

The positioning of Masqaunt

This platform provides technical tools, information services and system functions, including but not limited to transaction automation, data analysis, strategy backtesting, report generation, API In addition to the technical automated execution functions carried out in series and according to the user’s own parameters, unless the legally obtained the necessary license and otherwise stipulated in writing, the company does not keep, accept, and manage. 5. Risks of backtesting, simulation and historical data

The backtesting, simulation, historical analysis, performance chart or risk indicators provided by this platform are based on historical data, test assumptions, model conditions, transaction cost assumptions, data quality or other premise.

Users should understand and agree to:
(1) Historical performance, backtest results, simulation results or optimized results do not represent future performance.
(2) The backtest may not fully reflect the slip price, spread spread, insufficient liquidity, gap, market interruption, delay, failure of stop loss, margin limit, transaction rejection, data error or other real transaction risks.
(3) Any optimization, parameter adjustment, or model training results, may occur overfitting or out-of-sample failure.
(4) The company does not guarantee that any backtesting, simulation or historical analysis results will be reproduced in the future market.

6. Automation execution and API connection risk

This platform may support API serial connection, technical signal transmission, automated execution assistance, notifications, program deployment or integration with third-party platforms (including but not limited to securities firms, trading platforms, MT5, cloud services or data providers).

Users should understand and agree to:
(1) Automated execution may fail due to API interruption, authorization failure, key error, third-party service abnormal, version update, program error, environment change, network delay or system failure.
(2) Any entrusted delivery, modification, cancellation, stop loss, stop profit, part management or risk control execution may be delayed, rejected or not completed due to third-party system restrictions, market conditions or connection problems.
(3) The user should confirm the third-party account authority, margin status, risk control setting and deployment environment by himself; the company does not guarantee that any integration or deployment will be successful, stable or sustainable.

7. Market and foreign exchange margin trading risks

If the user uses this platform to engage in foreign exchange margin, leveraged transactions, automated transactions or other high-risk transactions,Users should understand:
(1)  Leveraged transactions may increase profits and at the same time amplify losses.
(2) Market prices may change rapidly due to fluctuation, gaps, major events, insufficient liquidity, widening of the spread or interruption of transactions.
(3) The user may suffer heavy losses in a short period of time, or even the loss of all investment funds.
(4) Insufficient deposits, forced liquidation, untraded stops or abnormal price transactions may occur.
(5) Different countries, brokerages, platforms or counterparties may have different transaction restrictions, margin, tradable time, risk control logic, leverage multiples and legal requirements.

8. Risks of third-party content

If this platform provides third-party policies, third-party signals, third-party data sources or third-party plug-ins,Users should understand and agree to:

9. Disclaimer

Users should do their own:

(2) Verify the policy logic, code, parameters, backtest hypothesis and deployment environment.
(3) Keep the account, password, verification tool and API credentials properly.

10. Restrictions on Liability
